Book a meeting room

If you want to book a meeting room, you can do so via your calendar in the Outlook email client. The Gallery can also be booked via your calendar.

Book a classroom

There are 10 classrooms at the faculty. The classrooms are booked via a web-based system called TimeEdit. You log in with your Lucat-ID and can then see your current schedule, look back at previous schedules and see the preliminary schedule for next semester.

When scheduling, you should first contact the study administrator for the course in question.

Faculty classrooms

Most of the classrooms have been updated with new presentation equipment. Employees, students and guest lecturers can log on to the computer in each lecture theatre.

Seven classrooms are equipped with digital solutions for hybrid teaching so that lectures can be sent to remote participants.

The Alfa Laval classroom is located on the second floor of the Berlingska Tryckeriet. The room can accommodate 48 people. Electrical outlets are available at the seats. There are three outlets per two people.

  • HDMI, USB-C, display and mini-display port cable to connect the computer you bring with you.
  • Equipment for video broadcast lectures

The Alfa Laval Agri classroom is located on the second floor of the Berlingska Tryckeriet. The room can accommodate 48 people. Electrical outlets are available at the seats. There are three outlets per two people.

  • HDMI, USB-C, display and mini-display port cable to connect the computer you bring with you.

Althin, or room 306, is located at the third floor at the Berlingska Tryckeriet and has the capacity of 20 persons.

Technical equipment:

  • TV-monitor with sound and possibility to connect a portable computer with VGA-, display- and mini display port cable.

This is the biggest room at the Faculty and has the capacity of 140 persons. Pufendorf is located at the first floor at the Berlingska Tryckeriet. Power outlet is available at each seat

The Courtroom (Rättegångssalen) is located at the second floor at the Berlingska Tryckeriet. The room has the capacity of 53 persons. Power outlet is available at every seat, one per person.

Seminarierummet is located at the first floor in the main building at the Faculty of Law, known as Juridicum. The room has capacity of 40 persons.

  • VGA-, display- and mini display port cable for connection of a portable computer
  • Blu-ray-player (in a box to the right)

Sessionsrummet is located at the first floor at the main building of the faculty, known as Juridicum. The room has the capacity of 24 persons. A few power outlets are available by the walls, but non at the seats.

Telaris is located at the first floor at the main building at the Faculty, known as Juridicum. Telaris has the capacity of 65 persons. Equipment for video transmitted lecture. Power outlet is available at the seats.

  • Speaker system
  • Discussion panel with microphones

Tetra Laval is located at the third floor at the Berlingska Tryckeriet. Tetra Laval has the capacity of 72 persons. Power outlets are available at the seats.
