In December, Alexander Hardenberger successfully defended his dissertation with the title " Åberopsbörda i dispositiva tvistemål - En civilprocessuell studie i anslutning till 17 kap. 3 § andra meningen RB".
Juris doctor Alexander Hardenberger has been awarded a grant for a position as a postdoctoral researcher from Institutet för Rättsvetenskaplig forskning for two years on the project "Haltande rättskipning".
