EU Law Research Group
EU law is also Swedish law, which means that it also forms an important part of our teaching and research.
The EU law research environment includes topics in labour law, constitutional law, human rights, migration law, competition law and environmental law. This means that the research environment has a variety of experts who can contribute knowledge in different areas of EU law.
The Nordic Journal of European Law (NJEL) is an open-access and peer reviewed journal of European law with a Nordic perspective founded and managed by researchers at the Faculty of Law at Lund University, in cooperation with other Nordic universities. The Journal is published on a bi-annual basis via an open access format on the current webpage.
The discussion group is a seminar series of guest speakers researching and working in the area of European Law. It is convened by PhD researcher and faculty members. It is a regular feature in the EU research community and attended mainly by master and research students, faculty members and academic visitors. The discussion group runs the whole year and has around three meetings per term.
